For over 30 years, I’ve worked with children, adults, couples, families, and creatives. My background includes a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology, teaching, and certification as a life coach. I work as an intuitive counselor, inner child specialist, and evidential medium.

My approach brings together psychology, neuroscience, and intuition. Depending on your needs, our work may include conversation, breathwork, EFT tapping, or creative exploration, with practical tools you can use in everyday life.

As a SAG-AFTRA actor and Certified Life Coach for Creatives, I help actors, writers, artists, speakers, and entrepreneurs quiet self-doubt and strengthen their authentic voice.
